There are two types of contract labor programs:

  • With this contract labor program, companies are able to purchase a block of hours. Technicians that work exclusively on your projects, with your staff each day. They can float from job to job under your daily direction.

  • Our technicians submit daily reports, weekly time sheets and we invoice bi-weekly, or monthly allowing both companies to stay abreast of the job progress and keep the lines of communication open.

  • With this type of contract labor program, companies are able to have employees supplied by ACCS or the customer to be utilized as the company determines is necessary.

  • Possible customer referrals include:

    • Potential employee applicants

    • Retired workers looking for temporary employment

  • The employees will go thru the hiring process (drug screening, criminal history and vaccinations) prior to being sent to the hiring customer. This alleviates the HR work load of the customer. After a year, the customer has the option to hire the employee directly, send them back to us, or continue the contract. This also saves time for those unfortunate situations where termination is necessary. The employee is simply returned to ACCS without the need for any additional investigations or litigations.

    • You will provide training, tools, specialized software, notebook PC and any other equipment needed for the employee.

    • Regarding benefits these employees are given include sick days, holidays, personal time, health and life insurance.

  • The services of our technicians may be short term, long term or permanent.

  • You receive 100% MBE or DBE participation on any project with minority mandates, or you can save up MBE/DBE credit for future Indirect Participation requirements.

  • Often times companies will have a hiring freeze in which they are unable to hire full time employees. However, they often will allow for contract labor to complete specific projects.
